REVIEWPILOT / LEGAL

Terms of Service

1. Business use and authority

ReviewPilot is intended for business use. You must be authorised to manage each business profile connected to your account. Protect your login, manage access for your team, and report suspected misuse to support@drivelinkapps.com.

2. What the service does

ReviewPilot imports new Google reviews from your onboarding date and generates suggested responses using your business settings and supplied context. Features and optional capabilities depend on your agreed service package.

3. AI responses and publishing

AI-generated content can be inaccurate or inappropriate. Review suggested responses before manual publication. If you enable automatic publication, you authorise responses to be posted under your configured settings and are responsible for choosing and monitoring those settings. ReviewPilot does not guarantee error-free responses, improved ratings, or a particular business result.

4. Your controls

Eligible positive reviews can be published automatically. Lower-rated reviews can remain pending or use a configurable automatic-reply delay. Users can provide context, regenerate responses, and approve publication, but cannot directly edit response text. Spam flags and employee mentions are automated indicators, not definitive findings about a review or person.

5. Information you provide

Only provide information you are authorised to use. Avoid unnecessary personal, confidential, or sensitive details in response context. Do not use the service to create deceptive reviews, harass people, disclose private information, or publish unlawful content. You remain responsible for applicable notices and permissions relating to customer and employee information.

6. Google and other services

Google Business Profile access and publication depend on Google’s services, permissions, and policies. ReviewPilot is not Google and does not control Google’s availability, review removal, or platform changes. Reviews sync periodically; immediate delivery or publication is not guaranteed.

7. Subscriptions and service agreements

Pricing is per location. Fees, included features, billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, suspension, and termination must be specified in your applicable order form or service agreement. A signed agreement takes priority in a conflict. These terms do not create a free trial or promise features described as in development.

8. Ownership and acceptable use

You retain your rights in information you supply, subject to third-party rights. ReviewPilot and its licensors retain rights in the software and branding. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or use another business’s credentials or profile without permission.

9. Availability and legal rights

Maintenance, connectivity issues, and third-party outages can interrupt service. Any service commitments, warranties, liability provisions, and remedies must be agreed in the applicable service agreement, subject to mandatory law.
